Proper nutrition
As I am eating a proper diet still my hands and legs remain thin and stomach gets out, kindly provide me solution so that my hands and legs look proportionate with my body. I am doing exercise, never drink water while eating, drink water after 30min of meal. Try to not sleep immediately after meal. Inspite of all these precautions it is not improving.
