Hello Doctor,
Me 50 years, female. Height 150cm, weight 61kgs. My TSH, FSH, Blood Sugar, HB all are at normal range. My periods are regular. Except this month, stopped. I am taking Kanchanar Guggulu and Vridhivadhika Vati, 2 tablets twice a day, as I was detected fibroids in my uterus. My reports are attached. Kindly give suggestion.

But if dont have any discomfort then u can continue...
Otherwise go for hysterectomy, as uterus is bulky..

Since you are in peri_menopausal age your cycles may start becoming irregular and gradually stop.Your scan report shows thickened endometrium. If you have heavy bleeding during cycles in case you get ur periods again then it will be good to get evaluated.You can continue the medicines you are currently taking
