Prone to Skin allergies

I am done with the CBC, IGE and AEC tests which are suggested by my doctor when I went to him for the skin rashes and allergies. I got my reports like this MONOCYTES 1% Serum 37.4 These are my abnormal ities in my test reports ... Are these serious condition s??? Do I prone to more skin disease s???
