Prominent fetal left renal pelvis
My wife having now 24 weeks pregnancy today we went for the scan ultrasound ( TIFFA ) after that we got the results like this prominent fetal left renal pelvis ( AP diameter measuring 4 to 5mm ) . We are worried about that matter please suggest us what it is exactly and what to do?

Isolated findings of this is not to be worried but keep a watch .do an ultrasound after 4-6 weeks to follow this

Isolated increased Renal pelvis diameter has no significance and it resolves spontaneously in most of the cases.
Report is all normal. Enjoy ur pregnancy.
