Hi, I am 24 years old. Attached is my ultrasound results for uterus and ovary and everything seems normal.
Whenever I get periods, it does not stop and is always prolonged. I have to take medications like Primolut N to stop it mostly everytime.
Please advise. All my blood reports were also normal.

Hormonal problems or intrauterine infections are the commonest causes of prolonged periods. You need to be evaluated for both
