Prolonged bleeding,Can I take TexakindMF
I have PCOD and my doctor prescribed: Glyciphage (before food, morning & night) Ovasafe (after breakfast) Texakind MF (first 5 days of periods, after food) My issue: My period started on April 23 and is still continuing (~2 weeks). I have heavy bleeding with clots. Earlier also I had a cycle lasting nearly 20 days. This time I missed taking Texakind MF during the first 5 days. My question: Can I start Texakind MF now for 5 days to control current bleeding? Or should a different treatment be used for prolonged bleeding in PCOD? No severe dizziness, but bleeding is persistent.

This medicine will only reduce the fluid will not stop it PCOD is a wrong terminology it's not a disease but a syndrome that only requires Lifestyle modification and that is not the reason for the prolonged bleeding You first need investigations to pinpoint the reason Treatment can be offered only after a diagnosis Random prescription of medication will not help
