Prolactin 43. 99, severe breast pain.

Anxiety disorder since last 3 yrs, GERD sinc december 2020 , and that treatment medication gave me severe side effects like galactorrhea, weight gain . I stopped that medication but after sometimes the discharge was stopped ,but my breast became very sensitive and painful , its been 15 days i am having breast pain treatment going on with so many medicines like , evion, pms fine and cibrelin to lower my prolactin and some pain killers for pain ,but their is no difference in pain ,i have severe pain in my breast with anxiwty and depression and my dr said anxiety is the cause of this pain ,and that's why any medication is not working bcoz i already had so much before i thought i can get something to ease my anxiety and pain in ayurveda widout any side effects. Please help me with this pain and anxiety ,its been long and i am fed up of all the treatments and medications.
