Problems with gums
He has problem of sensitivity. Swelling in gums also occurs which leads to bleeding and pain. He's a diabetic patient too. Please suggest some remedy or particular medicine so that it can be relieved.

Start warm saline rinses thrice a day. Betadine mouthwash(1:4) with water for rinsing- thrice a day. Omnident toothpaste- twice a day.
