Hi, my father is an oral cancer survivor who has undergone surgery thrice - 2008, 2011, 2016.
In 2011 he had undergone radiotherapy as well.
His mouth opening is small and till 2016 he still did not have much problem with chewing, But after the latest surgery, his left cheek is just not supporting any movement and hence chewing is near impossible.
He can still manage with the right, but the mout opening is small.
Can you please guide?

Hi you have not mentioned the area of surgery and if he has any habits that he is still continuing. I would suggest you to take him for a recall visit as you have mentioned that the last surgery was performed in 2016.
Hello,
you need to consult a Mxillo-facial surgeon for further analysis.
