Problem with head and body

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Vitd3 is deficient so took 600000 iu .thyronorm 75 mcg I am taking. My heart beats always and shortness of breath . Tiredness always . Calf and foot hurts not able to stand . Heavy head not able to keep head up. Pls suggest treatment . They also gave vitamin D3 for 4 weeks
