Problem of itchiness

Hello doctor I am a 17 years old girl.i have a problem of itching from childhood. I had shown it to Many doctors and they advice me that my skin is sensitive and gave medicines which are mainly corticosteroids.itchiness comes under control while taking medicines but as soon as treatment completed and medicines stopped it starts again. So please can you tell me that what causes this hypersensitive skin and what is its solution .Is it Addison disease?
