Problem of black warts

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 26 years old and I have got black warts on my thumb and finger. Initially there were just couple of them and I got them removed using laser treatment. Now after 6-8 months they have come back and now spreading rapidly from thumb to palm and fingers. They are generally painless for now but pains if they get pricked or gets pressurised. Need suggestion on how to get them cured permanently.
