My sister has some problem on her scalp.its dandruff with some type of fungal infection.affected area looks dry white.and it's increasing all over the scalp.can you please suggest any shampoo ,cleanser or medicine for this.its not safe to search for doctor in lockdown so for temporary cure suggest something for her problem.
