Problem in leg wound.

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I met with an accident on this Monday.i got injury on right hind leg above toe.there is small cut and swelling there .when I touch it I feel there is something filled inside.it seems tight .since monday swelling is not decreasing .while walking it also pains. Pls guide me with better solution.Thks a lot.
