I am having throat irritation like something is pinching on left side and in the left ear popping sound is there when I swallow. I am feeling like something scratchy inside ear.What can be the problem?

It's probably Upper respiratory tract infection ascending to your ears. Need to start on antibiotics and decongestant. Take steam Inhalation and luke warm water gargle.
