I'm 23, I was good at mathematics and language in childhood which I think I am still good at, I have normal eyesight with normal problems. I am somewhat introvert and extrovert, combined. The problem with me is I find it difficult to distinguish new faces, and it is more difficult if there are numbers of people with similar health, height and skin color. I had 140 classmates, I don't interact much, till the end of 2 years I was still confused between 20% of them. Should it be OK if I start interacting more! It's not still caused a very big problem, but I want to know if I should be worry about it or not, is this OK!

Reading your symptoms, it seems that you are more an introvert than extrovert. Without much regular interaction, expecting to know the faces might be difficult. Probably you need to improve in this aspect - develop assertiveness, initiate conversation, maintain eye contact etc. You may get inputs from Psychiatrist or Clinical Psychologist
