  4. Probable anal fissure? Or painkillers.

Probable anal fissure?
Feeling immense pain during and after bowel movements. Had diarrhea few days back and this started post that diarrhea. Could u suggest some treatment or painkillers.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Lyser-D twice a day after food for 3 days. Cap. Darolac thrice a day after food for 3 days.
