Continue to use lubricant eye drops, atleast four times a day. If you have to work on a laptop ,or phone, follow the twenty -two rule. Two minutes of break after every 20 minutes of work. Keep your eyes closed or go outdoors during that break.

Avoid overstraining your eyes with continued usage of screen .
