Pricky pains at 18 weeks

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I started my 18 weeks of pregnancy last Monday. Since then m passing stools more often like twice thrice times a day beacuse of which Im feeling heaviness in stomach. There are also pricking pains near pubic area. Sometimes these pains are above belly button too. M feeling uneasiness in belly. I dont feel movement too..Anamoly scan is scheduled in july second week. Is der anything to worry.
