Asked for Male, 15 Years

I have been having prickly heat on the front region of my neck for the past 2 weeks. I have applied calamine lotion, caladryl lotion and various powders which have not had a visible effect. Is there any medicine which will help in the faster, better and visible healing? Please duggest as the redness has spread a little, though the inflammation has decreased. It itches and hurts on contact with warm water. Please suggest
