Pressure sores
My grandmother is suffering from small wet wound near her hip which I feel is a pressure sore as she sleeps in one position only due to her hip ball replacement surgery three years back.
Can u tell me any medication or topical application cream if any or any dressing to be done.
I cannot take her to a doctor as she is not so mobile.

You can use betadine solution and dress is regularly. It is important to see a doctor - or request one to come home and see the patient - since he can ideally decide further medication depending on the condition of the ulcer.
