My husband experienced pressure near chest when he was getting up from bed all of a sudden .This happened two times . And he s evry much exhausted all the time .he shall be complaining that he s tired tired by not doing any work . He has vitmain D deficiency.i want to know do we need to do any heart related check . Is it any serious sign plz suggest

Pressure in the chest on getting up is not due to heart related problem.
However if has fatigue, get him evaluated by a doctor to find out the cause .
