Hello, Dr., I am 39 years old. Last night, I was bending down and serving food to everyone. Suddenly, I felt a pain near my chest. I stood up and started feeling pain when I moved my hand. I checked my blood pressure, which was normal: 125/88. I don't have any blood pressure or sugar. What should I do?
