I need diagnosis regarding my allergies and a prescription for my office where the doctor states that I have to avoid the outer areas as going out causes redness, irritated skin, small bumps and burning sensation. Sometimes I also feel hot flashes and dizziness due to the itching. I know and believe that as a doctor you'll be able to cure the allergies or the impact the allergies but would you be able to help me with a prescription stating that "I should avoid going outdoors due to the allergies"? Please answer.
