Since you are in noida then please come to my clinic tomorrow morning and meanwhile avoid exposure to heat. Drink fluids and electrolytes and take full rest . Somehow I can’t advise medicine here as per medical protocols as there is no prescription

Take tablet loperamide to stop watery stools .
Twice a day until loose motions stop.
Drink ORS as much as possible
Take tablet metro 400 mg thrice a day
And tablet Cipro 500mg twice
