Premenstrual symptoms again!

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Midway between cycles ... im having premenstrual symptoms such as: ovarian pain, hard breasts but not as much pain as last month ... and blood loss ...but it’s the first time like this ...since January I always have an advance .
