My lmp 4.1.2025. CRL:12.5mm 7 week 3days EDD:24/10/25 GS:30.6mm 8weeks 1days Pog:7weeks6days and FHR good I don't have any symptoms. Is it ok for baby.. And previously I had miscarriage at 14 weeks of pregnancy. So doctor recommended heparin 40mg injection daily is it necessary. I have blood pressure also

No the injection is not necessary Unless you r apla positive There are oral substitutes also available of this injection Ultrasound findings are normal If you had a second trimester miscarriage you need to get an ultrasound at 12 weeks to look at the length of cervix and diameter of internal os You may require a stitch
