Premature white hair
Hi I am having white hair and my age is just 21 . After research I found that vitamin B12 deficiency cause this. So, I want to Know the advice as am I going in right direction and if yes as a vegetarian what should I eat or if no please give me some suggestions

Yes,it can be treated.once hair turned white can’t be reversed back to black but further greying can be controlled by medications.consukt me online for further treatment
