Premature greying of hair

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello team, I'm a 28 years old bachelor n mostly i use to eat out. During my schooling i was suffering from hyperthyroidism and from then most of my hairs on head turned grey.Now I'm seeing few grey hairs on my chest and inside my nose too! Pls suggest!
