Premature Greying
I've developed grey hair prematurely, I am 22 years old and have had grey hair for a few years now. What could be the reason for this? And is there a way I can reverse it back to my natural hair color? I visited a doctor and he prescribed me to take follihair and zincovit tablets on alternate days but I'm not sure if they are helping.

Premature graying is very common these days. Yes nutritional is number one, but we even need to see genetics. If there has been family history of premature graying than you most likely. Taking supplements is important. Oiling can help. Stop using gels or other grooming stuff on hair. With supplements you will have to wait atleast 3 months to see visible effects. For more discussion you can consult online.
