Premature grey hair

Premature grey hair

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have few preamature grey/ white hair on my scalp . I dont know how they suddenly appeared , i used to have them earlier also but never bothered about them . Now i feel little worried , does ayurveda have permanent solution to reverse them completely . I dont want to use any hair colour or chemical . Please reply if they can be reversed to black hair ?

Take a iron bowl socked some dry amla in this bowl and when the water turn black then wash hair with it or apply that water with brush on hair for half hr.then wash it
