Premature ejaculation

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi sir,I have been having ejaculation while sleeping for 5 years . My right side of my body is weaker than my left side. Also my right side testis is smaller than the left one. Another important problem is ,there is a pain in the right side of my penis . So kindly guide me how to cure these problems.

Hi This is not premature ejaculation this is night emissions which happens normally. Size of testes do vary. Need not worry about it. Consult a urologist.
