Premature ejaculation
Hello Doctor,
I am a 29 year old male, married for 15 months. I suffer from a sever case of Premature Ejaculation. For the first 6 months or so of my marriage, I could last for 2 minutes in the first try and around 5 minutes in the second try. The duration has since declined to 5 seconds (sometimes ejaculation occurs at the time of starting to penetrate itself) in the first try and less than 2 minutes in the second try. Foreplay, ejaculation delaying condoms have not helped either.
