I am taking Bipolar disorder medicimes. I have above problem also. Can you advise me. Or i can consult urologist?

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help. The medication for premature ejaculation is Dapoxetine 30 or 60 mg once at night.... Also you may use ....Some spray...or cream 15 min before sex.... Climax spary... Also use other techniques...like Pause and Squeeze.
