Pregnency Test - I Had Taken Unwanted 72 On 21St Of Nov Which

I had taken unwanted 72 on 21st of nov which was 4th day of my period . Then I took pregenecy test on 21st dec and it was negative urine pregnency test . I have still not got my withdrawl bleeding nor my periods . What should I do ?
