I am 7 weeks pregnant have done pelvis gestational ultrasound for dating..... It is given impression ....TINY INTRAUTERINE GESTATION SAC (4 WEEKS 5 DAYS MATURITY)WITHOUT ANY DEMONSTRABLE FOETAL POEL AT PRESENT.UTERUS IS SHOWING (MSD =14.4mm). NO YOLK SAC OR FOETAL POLE IDENTIFIED.OS IS CLOSED. WHAT DOES THIS LINES MEANS PLZ SUGGEST

If you had previous irregular cycles due to PCOD then may be due to late ovulation , you conceived at a later date.
Otherwise the ultrasound picture should correlate with the dates of gestation.
But don't worry . A review scan after 15 days will clear the whole picture.
Have you got you serum TSH done??
