It is given impression ....TINY INTRAUTERINE GESTATION SAC (4 WEEKS 5 DAYS MATURITY)WITHOUT ANY DEMONSTRABLE FOETAL POEL AT PRESENT.UTERUS IS SHOWING (MSD =14.4mm). NO YOLK SAC OR FOETAL POLE IDENTIFIED.OS IS CLOSED. WHAT DOES THIS LINES MEANS ?is there anything scary?
