Since u are anaemic u need to have atleast 3 servings i.e 300 gm cooked green leafy vegetables like palak, fenugreek, amaranth with lemon sprinkled on it... Make sure u use lemon coz vit c in lemon helps for iron absorption... Have 6-7 dates khajoor anjeer daily... Have flax seeds black til Daily after meals... Roasted one... If non vegetarian then have eggs twice a week...
