Pregnant with severe acidity problem

I am 16 weeks pregnant. I have had severe acidity and vomtings last week and have taken pantop40 IV injection. It's one week now and I have controlled all my food but today again I am getting pain . I have taken pantop 40 tablet but still have burning pain. Can u pls suggest what else can be done as I have a whole night journey in train to make. I have this acidity issues before pregnancy as well
