Pregnant or not?
My periods were irregular for 3 months in September, October, November 2021. I started my thyronorm medicines from December 2021 after consulting a gynecologist as I have hyperthyroidism but it came in control after 7 weeks. My period dates are as follows: 3rd Dec till 8th Dec 31st Dec till 4th Dec 26th Jan till 30th Jan This time I have missed my periods which was supposed to be due on 23/24 Feb. I had cramps near pelvic area,3 days back to back heartburn/may be acidic burp. I did pregnancy test on 23rd Feb 2022 and it was negative. We are trying for our 1st baby. No other symptoms. Can I still be pregnant?? I am very confused.

Your urine pregnancy test is negative. So it is unlikely that you are pregnant . You may get Sonography done around  7 March.
