Asked for Female, 21 Years

From last 3 months my periods are irregular. On 5 September I had an unprotected sexual intercourse after that I take a test after 14 days of having sex and it was negative . My periods comes every month on date 28 but on 28 September but I missed my periods then again on 4 October I take a test and it was negative. My periods comes on 11th of October then next month they comes on 16 November my periods delay every month. In these days I vomit twice and experience some discharge from my vagina . Please consult me on this . Is there any chance that I am pregnant or not or what is the main reason behind these .
