Pregnant and having bad cramps

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Found out I'm about 5 weeks pregnant is what they said , they did a vaginal ultrasound and nothing showed up on the screen the lady said i may be way earlier that 5 weeks that it was just based off my last period , but I've been experiencing bad cramping on my lower stomach and cramping on my left side on my lower stomach, should I go to hospital?
