I've worked really hard to lose weight in the past I dropped 100lbs. Now I'm
pregnant and was still wanting to lose another 10-15lbs. I am 5'6 and 133lbs ( I understand that's healthy but I have a higher standard I want to reach). I do not want to gain any weight during this pregnancy, I'm entering my second trimester just now so far so good no gain. I want to know what I can do to limit weight gain and possibly continue to lose while still having a healthy baby.
