My platelates in 7 month pregnancy is 89000...as per Dr it is low...dr given me Highplat tablet which has carica papaya 250 mg and Guruch 150 mg once daily...is this tablet useful in increasing platelates during pregnancy

Yes ofcourse you can follow those tablets till next consultation.  Meanwhile you should also concentrate in vegetables such as spinach, carrot, beetroot etc. Soaked Dry black raisins are also good to enhance the blood quality. Drink adequate water too. Seventh month is much care needed trimester hence continue with all medicines. Do not forget to repeat the blood tests to know whether the platelets are normal. If it is still low don't forget to consult me. Dont worry . Stay safe.
