Asked for Female, 31 Years

Today we check and found results positive. As my knowledge 3 or 4 week pregnany and i drop this pregnancy. I perches Mefigest kit.please advise is safe to use.. My last priod 27 jun and next priod date last July this priod miss. Age 31year My first child only 5 month.. Please suggest me..
