It's almost one week after my delayed periods and I have all symptoms of being pregnant, now is that I am having sever back ache which is not controllable and I have for last three days now so I am planning to take a ultrasound scan Because earlier I had endometriosis cyst and after a years medicine it was all clear but now since that today morning I took a test and it was negative am scared.

Wait for a week patiently and then go for an ultrasound.
Since UPT is negative... Chances of conception bare less. But it is not 100℅ sure.
Next Steps
it is better to consult a gynaecologist. anyways ultrasound is not done without gynaecologist prescription.
