Done 4 test two weeks ago were all negative done one last night and this morning both has two lines but on both test the second line disappeared what's going on? Need to know as I want to be a living donator

Kindly do a beta hcg blood test to rule out pregnancy.
After that consult a gynaecologist near you for further management regarding the same.
