Pregnancy symptoms

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had sex around a month back and had taken ipill after that but a week after that i spotted a little bit of blood from my vagina. And then one more week after that i had a severe loose motion n vomiting for a day. And my periods was supposed to come last week and its been a full week n i have still not got my period. I am afraid i might be pregnant and i would like to know if these all are seriously the signs of pregnancy n the procedure n requirements for abortion.
