As long as your urine pregnancy test is positive you should be happy that you are pregnant. Symptoms are not a must to diagnose pregnancy. There are many tests available which confirm the growth and viability of the foetus.

If your pregnancy is confirmed by a test and rsdiologically seen then it doesn’t matter whether you hv symptoms or not
