Immediate obstetric consultation 2. Ultrasound to check placenta and fetus 3. Monitoring for active bleeding or contractions

At 24 weeks, black or brown blood usually means old blood coming out. It can happen due to sensitive cervix, old small bleed, or after strain/intercourse. If any query still connect
Next Steps
Since it is happening multiple times today, please consult your doctor and get an ultrasound.
Health Tips
Go to hospital immediately if you see fresh red blood, pain, heavy bleeding, or reduced baby movements.
